It’s a matter of immense pleasure and honor for me to address my society especially women & young girls from under privileged background through this website of SCES. Our organization has carved out for renovating the structure of women empowerment in the region. Education is the most powerful tool to bring desirable changes in our personality and also to bring positive changes in our society. It is the only medium which enables you to move from darkness to brightness. I, from this platform urging you all to focus on your education, personality, skill development & all over wellbeing laced up with better health & nutrition. It is must to remember for all of us that a continuous learning is the foundation of continuous opportunities.

As registered NGO since 2013 Shaping Career Education Society is leaping ahead with the vision of improving livelihood of marginal families from every section of society. Presently, we are showing our presence in Social Mobilization & Institutional Development, corporate Social Responsibility, Education Training, Skill Development domains with the target beneficiaries as youth (Male, Female), Children, Women under the age group of 16 to 40 yrs.
While mitigating the purpose of our establishment, Shaping Career Education Society has impacted the lives of 20,000 people under the flagship schemes of Govt. of India. The centrally & state sponsored projects like PMKVY, EST&P ,SURYA, DRIVING Training Programs, ELSTP, ESDM, RPL and many more have marked our success stories in form of providing Entrepreneurship based Self-Employment model linked with E-Commerce as well as Training linked with Placement opportunities. We are envisaged to explore best practicing areas mandating to our objective where new domains will be launched soon.
Our initiatives are around improving skills and employability, and environmental sustainability. Our aim is to improve the quality of life for people in India

Since stepping into Skill development training programs aided by State and Central Govt., Shaping Careers Education Society has trained impactful 10,000+ students across the country’s northern region. At a recognized level, we have provided employment and self-employment to trained beneficiaries at a successful rate of 70% of total training programs, which has been highly acclaimed by State Governments. Under skilful training programs of soft skills, life skills, mental health and abilities training, we are engaged with reputed schools of the northern region.
